Administration - Lyle E. Board, coo

Lyle Board serves as CVT’s Surgical Center’s Chief Operating Officer. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Morningside College in Sioux City, Iowa in 1993, then attended Louisiana State University, working as a Graduate Assistant as member of the Athletic Training and Sports Medicine department. He has spent the last ten years working in healthcare operations and administration. Lyle joined CVT in 2011 and is responsible for enhancing the internal organization processes and infrastructure that will allow CVT to continue to advance and fulfill its vision.
