MS Talbot is a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She graduated as a University Medallist from Louisiana State University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science. In 2006 Julie graduated from Baylor College of Medicine Physician Assistant Program with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, and joined CVT Surgical Center in 2006.
